Objetivos del curso o jobshadowing.
- Internacionalización del centro.
- Establecer estrategias metodológicas de atención a la diversidad.
- Establecer estrategias metodológicas de educación no formal y en valores.
- Establecer estrategias de organización que favorezca el fracaso escolar.
Valoración personal del curso o jobshadowing.
Ha sido una experiencia fantástica tanto a nivel profesional como personal. Me ha permitido poder ir a un centro educativo en Rumanía, ver cómo trabajan y aprender qué estrategias metodológicas utilizan para atender la diversidad, actividades de educación no formal y las estrategias para combatir el fracaso escolar. Para conocer todos estos puntos es necesario este tipo de formación para el profesorado.
He podido estar en contacto con diversas personas que lideran proyectos Erasmus+.
Esta experiencia también me ha permitido conocer otras culturas y practicar el inglés y el francés.
